Gentle Yoga with Kim Sherrill
Mondays 5:30-7:00 pm
In this class, we focus on the healing energy of our breath and gentle movement, and in tapping into our inner wisdom and strength. Each class includes centering breath, gentle stretching and vinyasa – flowing through movement with our breath. We conclude with restorative asanas, leading to a deep sense of relaxation and inner calm. Kim weaves teachings from various wisdom traditions into creating a theme and intention for each class. Students of all levels are welcome.
