While attending ASU, Tracy began to regularly practice yoga. It was yoga that made her appreciate the connection between the health of our body and mind. It was also during this time that she received her first massage which had a powerful impact on her mental and physical health. Tracy wanted to learn more about how the human body works after that experience, so she pursued the study of Massage Therapy at CCC&TI in Hudson, NC where she gained an even greater respect for the way our bodies work.
Tracy is passionate about helping people feel their best. She has continued her education in Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy because she has found these modalities to be beneficial for improving the harmony in our bodies. Tracy is delighted to practice massage in the community she loves.
